Shipping policy

TUFT Ireland is committed to fast and reliable shipping. All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day and delivered the next day across Ireland.

Carriers: We partner with DPD, An Post, and DHL to ensure your parcels arrive on time. Each parcel is assigned a unique tracking number.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via the order status page on our website.

Shipping Limitations: Please note that we only ship within Ireland and do not offer international shipping.

Large Orders: For orders exceeding 48 units, we may use pallet deliveries, which are delivered curbside to your premises. The cut-off time for next day pallet delivery is 12 noon.
